Schedule:
Round 1: 9:00- 9:45
Round 2: 10:15- 11:00
Round 3: 11:30-12:15
Lunch Break
Round 4: 1:15- 2:00
Quarterfinals: 2:30- 3:15
Semifinals: 3:45- 4:30
(we'll have two co-winners)

1 on 1 debate
FORMAT:
Prep for both sides - 5 minutes

Aff 2 minute - framework and case

Neg 2 minute - case and begin response
CROSS - switch on questions - 2 minutes

Aff 3 minute - rebuttal, protect case - extend

Neg 3 minute - finish rebuttal, protect case - extend
Mandatory prep - 1 minute

Aff 1 minute - final focus

Neg 1 minute -final focus
